We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Battle Built. Please read our return and refund policy below.

Return Window You have 30 days from the date you received your order to initiate a return. After 30 days, we are unable to offer a return or refund.

Condition of Items To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.

Exceptions Custom or personalized products are non-returnable, unless they are defective or incorrect.

Return Shipping The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.

Refund or Exchange Once we have received and inspected your return, we will contact you. You may choose between a full refund to your original payment method, store credit, or an exchange for another product. Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days.

How to Initiate a Return You can start your return directly through your customer account on our website. Simply log in, go to your order history, and select the item you wish to return.
